True Inclusion is derived from a hard look at your organization’s written and unwritten policies, its established processes and practices, and most importantly, its people. Travis and Mike will guide Financial Capability practitioners representing a broad variety of organization-types through introspective thoughts and actions that lead to the ultimate question: Does every stakeholder connected to the organization through which I serve, feel truly included?

Engage in this immersive, enlightening session to go deeper than the Vision, Mission and Values that hang on your organization’s wall. Be inspired to greater courage to look within, and ask the difficult questions on the road to true Inclusion. Lasting organizational transformation knows no other path. True Inclusion . . . the Secret Sauce, indeed.
